Join me on Sunday as I have a chat with my friend Aaron Braun. 

Aaron has quite a story of overcoming his past to create a present that is fulfilling and awesome.   And wait till you see his 'guns' (biceps) - DAMN! Aaron is an example of what's possible with determination and hard work. He truly is an inspiration.  Aaron was a child born to an unplanned pregnancy of parents aged 13 and 15. Aaron ultimately grew up with his grandparents. 

At a young age, Aaron was exposed to heavy alcohol and substance abuse in the family, in addition to domestic abuse. Aaron was later diagnosed with depression, generalized anxiety, high blood pressure, tachycardia, and pre-hypertension before he was even 20 years old.  Aaron is now 34, fit and thriving in the best shape of his life, both physically and mentally. 

Through applied effort and establishing a vision for his ideal life, Aaron has successfully broken free from the shackles that had formerly burdened him. IG: A.Braun_86
