Katie is the Co-Founder, President, and Chief Coaching Officer at Sayge, a tech-enabled service that provides companies with accessible coaching services. Having worked with a coach for 14 years, Katie knew the importance of coaching and seldom saw it offered beyond C-Suite employees. Sayge has been around for over 6 years and coaches people in all positions, from CEO to Administrative Assistant. We sat down to talk about her history with coaching, what it takes to run a thriving organization, and the transition from Co-Founder to Leader.
