Joel DiGirolamo is the Vice President of Research and Data Science for the International Coaching Federation. He is the author of two books and several research papers and book chapters. Joel holds a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology, an MBA, a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, and is an Associate Editor for Consulting Psychology Journal.
