I didn't realize until posting this podcast that our husbands come from opposite ends of the education spectrum. While Adam has pursued higher learning to the point of acquiring a Master's Degree, he ultimately found his career path led to an industry more based in training than education-Construction and Home Renovation. On the flip side, Phil has achieved a PhD in his pursuit of working within Higher Education. Both these men have incredible insights to share about their career paths and advice to give those pursuing one of these two directions. Although we are talking with our husbands in this double-feature episode, even we learn a little bit about their career journeys so far and hope you will listen in.
