Over the past 20 years, China has done a series of lunar explorations that include orbiting, landing and returning samples from the moon. The country also plans to make a crewed lunar landing before 2030 and build a basic station by 2035. So far, China has signed agreements with over ten countries and nearly 30 international research institutions.
