This episode focuses on developing a good sense of self. I talk about four things to help you in the process of developing a good self esteem. First we need to understand our self worth. Second we need to pay attention to the thoughts we think about ourselves. Third, we can set big goals to help us develop and learn and grow. And last, we need to remember that life is 50/50. All of us are good and all of us make mistakes, it is all part of the human experience.
