In this episode, Pastor Obi unveils the upgrade of God's Promises and its sealing with a covenant. His covenants are His promises and His promises are his word. Apart from the word, there’s no promise. His promise became a covenant after it went through the legalised process and procedures of shedding of blood which cannot happen without DEATH.

 This is the reason why Jesus needed to suffer, died not he cross so God’s promises can become a covenant - The NEW COVENANT!

Hebrews 6:17-18 (NLT)  God also bound himself with an oath, so that those who received the promise could be perfectly sure that he would never change his mind. So God has given both his promise and his oath. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to lie. Therefore, we who have fled to him for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us.
