In this episode, I talk about the importance of self-worth and how changing the meaning of past experiences can improve our lives. I share how as a little girl, I blamed myself for my father's absence and believed I was unworthy of love. I chose emotionally unavailable partners, punishing them for my dad's death. I also talk about how being a highly sensitive person seeking attention and approval from others led me to suppress my feelings, which caused negative patterns, self-rejection, and body shame. However, through my journey, I found solace in spirituality and a connection to something greater than myself. I learned the power of self-reflection and changing the meaning I gave to past experiences. I also discovered the importance of listening to my inner self and prioritizing my well-being.
I believe that everyone has the power to shape their own lives and choose how they interpret their experiences. It's crucial to give ourselves time and space to listen to our inner selves and learn to express our feelings healthily.
I invite you to tune in to this episode, where I share my story and insights that I hope will inspire and empower you. Thank you for your support, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts on the episode.
