Nutritional myths abound! Today I expose the myth that saturated fat is bad.
The reality is the Polyunsaturated fats found in seed oils e.g. canola, cottonseed, soy sunflower, grapeseed, and rice bran are very high PUFA'S and they promote inflammation.
The healthy fats are coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil, tallow, grass fed butter.
