In this episode Dr. Antonio T. Dixon, Sr. discusses Mental Health and the need to take care of it. Mental health has been shunned upon in the past, but has been a major topic of discussion recently. There has been numerous cases of pastors as well as others that have committed suicide due to poor mental health. Dr. Dixon is joined by Mrs. Rachel Swafford for this discussion. Mrs. Swafford is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor. She offers some interesting points and helpful hints to help people deal with mental illness.
