By the efficacy of the blood of Jesus that was shed, we have overcome the world. But ignorance can still keep a believer bound. Listen and be transformed. 

The fire to tarry speaks of the ability to stay and spend time with God. Good seeks for dwellers of the secret place, not visitors. Our time with God will no longer be ruled by time but by the Holy Spirit.

Attaining Intimacy experientially with the Holy Spirit. This is how we come into the fullness of the reality of God for our lives and reign in life. 

Jesus is not trying to win a battle with satan he already did that about two thousand years ago and he has given us the church the authority to always establish that victory over satan over and over again in every aspect of our lives. Faith serves as the currency for transporting our reality in heaven place in christ here upon the earth.
