She also briefly describes how her targeting increased after doing the controversial FISA podcast because apparently you weren't supposed to hear it.

In this episode of EXPRESSIONS Ciara will define FISA the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, "The Secret Court "of 1978 and explain how the the government violates the U.S. Constitution i.e.. the 4th ammendment by invading and violating your privacy by wiretapping your phone calls and reading your emails and viewing all of your internet activity for "intelligence purposes" without a target's knowledge and without a court order.

In this episode of EXPRESSIONS, Ciara defends her fellow TIs by educating the general public about two completely separate issues that people often conflate which are NOT synonymous of each other. Perpetrators of organized stalking are often instructed to use these words and phrases like tag words towards TIs, so that we will not be believed and be overlooked while we report whats happening to us.

In this episode Ciara explains to the audience the various ways a cellular device can be hacked and countermeasures that can be used to combat this problem but it's only temporary and it'll have to be repeated.
