Felicia Phillips - For more than 20 years, Felicia Phillips has been a catalyst in developing platforms that empower and educate entrepreneurs and professionals to come together to create economic opportunities. As the founder of a GLOBAL initiative (The PinkPower Institute) centered around economic empowerment for women, Felicia has dedicated her work to creating leaders who understand the importance of collaborative thinking,  the importance of decreasing the gender gap in technology and providing the necessary resources for women in business. Felicia Jones serves as the President of Next Level Technology Foundation, Inc. which is devoted to the development of tomorrow's leaders today, preparing the current crop of IT professionals for the next level in career advancement and beyond.  Ms. Jones is the chief executive officer overseeing all general management and orders of the corporation. She organized the very first of its kind Minority Executive IT Forum which provides insight into how minority executives have broken through the glass ceiling to become leaders in various fortune 500 companies. The event serves as a fundraiser to support the BDPA Atlanta Chapter in educating youth about technology.

Ms. Jones has over 19 years of experience in the Information Technology field and professional experience including the implementation and management of software solutions while working in several Fortune 500 companies. She serves on the national board of BDPA as the South Regional Director and is the Immediate Past President of BDPA Atlanta Chapter.  She is a military veteran and has a B.A. in Business.

Felicia Jones has over 17 years of experience in the Information Technology field and professional experience including the implementation and management of software solutions while working in several Fortune 500 companies including her current company Macy’s Inc. and her former companies AFLAC and TSYS. She has worked in various industries in different roles as a Programmer, Operations Advocate, Development Lead, and Manager of Application Support and Development, Service Desk and Quality Assurance.

Ms. Jones is with Macy’s Systems & Technology (MST), the IT support division of Macy’s Inc., and joined the organization in 2000 as a Programmer. She currently serves as a Manager in the Stores Business Unit ensuring quality assurance and implementation for all the stores systems. Ms. Jones facilitates diversity classes to MST associates on subjects of race and gender and serves as a mentor to various associates.

Ms. Jones serves as the South Regional Director with the National Board of BDPA. In this position, she is responsible for guiding the south regional chapters and ensuring that the vision and mission of BDPA are effectively realized. She is also the President of Next Level Technology Foundation, Inc. The foundation directly supports Atlanta BDPA to provide support of technical and professional training for high school students and career professionals. She also serves on the Executive Advisory Council for theAtlanta CIO Forum & Executive IT Summit with PEM and SIM Atlanta.
