Hooters has recently filed for bankruptcy. Styles are changing—becoming more modest. There has been a shift in culture as far as dress goes. However, is there a change in hearts, or is this all outward appearance? Is there a humility in heart that accompanies the change in styles? What about other expressions of disobedience to God's law? We continue to live in a sexually-perverted and fornicating culture. How can Christians strive to live in accordance with God's law, and not just in outward appearances?
