After a shot at corporate life Jonathan Royce wanted more from his career; mashing together his entrepreneurial spirit with his interest in social media, streaming/video platforms and self improvement he dove into the influencer world head first.
Starting with Twitch, he streamed himself playing video games and was hooked. He had a following but figured he'd have more success on YouTube where he started his channel WaddupJRoyce which has amassed nearly 500 subscribers and videos with 80K+ views!
The self proclaimed "Gym Bro, Tech Guy" Jonathan's focus on his videos is to integrate his love of health and fitness with everything tech.
Jonathan is an ordinary guy with an extraordinary work ethic and an insatiable appetite to learn and grow. I'm happy to call him a friend and can't wait to see what's next for him.

Ryan Teasell is a good friend and an avid baseball fan. Since he was a child, he was awed by the phenomenal Mariners team of the late 90's and early 2000's. Since then, he's suffered like many Seattle fans with nothing but disappointments; but he continues to show up.
Much like his positive attitude with baseball, Teasell brings the same sort of attitude he takes in his life. Through ups and downs, we discuss what it's like being a synesthetic - someone who sees sounds as colors. I forgot to ask if he sees teal, silver and navy at Mariners games, oops - and an empath. Being an empath is a blessing and a curse as he bring on the emotions of others like they are his own.
Hope you enjoy this one. If you'd like to be a guest feel free to email me at [email protected] w/ subject line of "EOPP Guest Inquiry"

Todd "TK" Kelley is a coworker and a friend who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2013. MS is a potentially disabling disease of the brain and spinal cord in which the immune system attacks the protective sheath (myelin) that covers nerve fibers and causes communication problems between your brain and the rest of your body. Eventually, the disease can cause permanent damage or deterioration of the nerve fibers.
TK shares his extraordinary journey from diagnosis to living a full life. It's an important story that he hopes can help others who might be affected by this disease.
If you or a loved one are affected by MS please feel free to reach out to TK personally. He has written a document to help the newly diagnosed and is more than happy to discuss what's worked for him.

In this episode, I open up about one of my biggest fears coming true, losing my job.
My goal isn't to throw a pity party and invite you and all your friends. In fact, it was difficult for me to share my truth on this because it is vulnerable and that's scary. But, my hope is that someone finds something they can connect with in my story and it alleviates feeling alone when facing similar challenges.
We all suffer, life is hard, but we don't have to do it alone. There are plenty of people out there that have gone through the same experiences. Sometimes it just helps to hear it yourself.

Kyle Moore is an ordinary guy on the surface but an extraordinary husband to an amazing woman and a new father to a beautiful baby boy! He's one of the most authentic and positive people I've ever met and I'm proud to call him my friend.
We talk about what it's been like being a dad, his experience with an anxiety disorder and the stigma around prescription medication.
*Note - This episode is a perfect example of the creative process I'm challenging myself to take. There were numerous technical difficulties so I appreciate your patience and I hope you can get a chuckle from watching me navigate this learning curve.

Motivation is a buzzword that's thrown around like the secret ingredient to a successful life. Have a goal? Motivation is the key to helping you crush it.
On this episode I provide my take on motivation and why it isn't all it's cracked up to be. In fact, I think motivation sucks.

Danny is an ordinary guy but also happens to be a business owner who left the structured world of corporate America to start his own business. He's a go-getter who is always looking to make the most of each day and a friend who I'm grateful to have on the show.

Remember when you were a wee little child and you'd look at those big, tall adults and think to yourself "when I get to (insert assumed age of adulthood) I'll have it all figured out"?
Step into my brain as I sift through thoughts on this topic. Why I don't believe there is ever a time that someone figures "it" out and why I feel like a complete fraud at 30.

When I was in 8th grade I had the opportunity to join Linda Ellerbee on her TV show "Nick News Adventure" on Nickelodeon which sparked my interest in journalism and interviewing. This laid dormant until it was re-awakened by a YouTube mystery man named Van Neistat...
