Pastor Alan has served in youth ministry since 2005 and currently serves as the Youth Pastor of Calvary Old Bridge. He also leads the Gradient Young Adult Ministry and oversees both Impact and Ignite, the High School and Junior High Ministries here at Calvary.

When Alan was ordained at Calvary Old Bridge, he became the first homegrown pastor the church has had, having been raised in the church and coming to pastor here. Now he and his wife Jenna, along with their 4 children, are planting a new church in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. Their prayer is to be a neighborhood church, where people will know each other's names, be seen, practice hospitality, and serve the needy!
