    Dr. Richard Kaye is best known for working with entrepreneurs to help them accelerate the growth of their businesses. For nearly 24 years, he’s assisted people improve their bottom line. From early stage to well into revenue, he’s worked with them all.


    He is a frequent guest on podcasts and webinars and has been featured on radio and television programs, including KGTV in San Diego and KTLA in Los Angeles. There was a PBS special about him and his work. He is the creator of the renowned Secrets of Empowering Negotiation program. Richard has presented workshops, programs, and seminars in Australia, France, Japan, and Russia, as well as in the United States.


    He has shared stages with Lisa Nichols, Mark Victor Hansen, Michael Beckwith, Sharon Lechter, Forbes Riley, and a myriad of others. The Top Talent Agency awarded Richard the Lifetime Achievement Award.


    Richard recently interviewed Dr. John Demartini for the Neuroscience Summit, produced by the Los Angeles Tribune.


    He’s served as a non-governmental organization (NGO) member of the United Nations and on the boards of directors of for-profit companies. Richard was a Founding Member of the Taos (New Mexico) Entrepreneurial Network (TEN), and a former vice president of CEO Space.


    Richard is the author of the highly acclaimed book The Secrets of Creating Customers for Life.

    Richard Blank is the Chief Executive Officer for Costa Rica’s Call Center, a division of Cheyenne Consultants, a company incorporated in Costa Rica. At the beginning of the new millennium, Mr. Blank relocated to Costa Rica to train over 500 employees for one of the largest call centers in Central America.


    For the past twelve years, he has successfully prepared and managed some of the finest telemarketers in the country by utilizing his motivational public speaking style, backed by tactful and appropriate rhetoric. In addition, he has earned the reputation of running a school for telemarketing and is often sought after for private training sessions and consultation.


    In anticipation of CAFTA, he became a strategic partner of the Pacific Rim Chamber of Commerce, Beverly Hills, California, and Solo Telecommunications, Colorado Springs, Colorado, to expand Costa Rica’s international telecommunications and business appeal. Mr. Blank holds a bachelor’s degree in communication and Spanish from the University of Arizona and a language proficiency certificate from the University of Sevilla, Spain.

    Raymond "R.C." Hand is a 71-year-old retired contractor, accomplished writer, and avid traveler who resides in his birthplace, Orange County, California. Raised in a restaurant and bar located in a tough, multi-ethnic neighborhood, Raymond's formative years were shaped by hard work, vibrant cultural interactions, and exposure to countless fascinating stories from the patrons whose shoes he shined. These experiences sparked a lifelong passion for storytelling and fueled his vivid imagination.


    A lover of language and creativity, Raymond has been writing poetry and short stories for most of his life. His narratives are deeply influenced by his interest in human behavior and the ripple effects of people's choices—a curiosity further nurtured through his AA degree in Administration of Justice. Though he once considered law school, he eventually embraced his family's legacy in construction, operating the business alongside his son for 38 years until retirement.
