Danila Palmieri bio:
Danila is an immigrant from Brazil with over 20 years of experience in financial services, manufacturing, mining, and metal companies in Brazil, Latin America, and the United States.
She has worked with companies such as Experian Quarantine, cities, and brass camps in Brazil. She has extensive experience implementing projects to evaluate, analyze, and improve business strategies. She served as human resources and organizational development manager in Brazil.
In 2013, she founded Connect Solutions, a rapid business growth company that aims to help clients achieve their interpersonal international business goals on an expedited timeline using various HR, strategy, and operation tactics.
With experience managing corporate projects at the highest levels, she has been an expert in strategy, project management, HR, and business acceleration. In Atlanta for ten years, she has been part of the Brazilian American Chamber of the Southeast USA for over seven years, acting as chairman between 2019 and 2020.
Nelson served for five years as a member of the board of WTC Atlanta. Finally, she co-authored an Amazon bestseller called Business Tips from the Trenches. Danila is an extracting person, and I'm honored to have her on this show.

Assaf Raz bio:
Assif Raz immigrated from Israel to Venice Beach, California, in his early 20s and began the journey to citizenship in a country he had long studied and revered. He built his American dream through real estate for more than two decades. And a handful of other entrepreneurial pursuits. After his spiritual rebirth in his early 30s, he found the woman of his dreams, started a family, and began to write.
First, he wrote a short memoir about his awakening rite of passage and then released a book on Amazon called Descent: Lockdown 2020 (Old Glory Saga).

Victor Straw bio:
Victor Straw is a fitness professional and business owner; Victor has spent 26 years in the health and fitness industry. He was raised on a dairy farm in Wisconsin. When he was 18, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served in the Persian Gulf War in 1991.
After spending numerous successful years working for a large fitness company, he decided to venture out independently to chase his dreams. Victor has owned three fitness businesses: a personal training studio, a large multifaceted fitness facility, and a boot camp group training business. Before COVID-19, he grew his boot camp business to nearly $30,000 monthly in revenues.
Victor applies training techniques and methods from the US Marine Corps. His passionate style, high-intensity workouts, coaching, and positive attitude offer extremely fast results in his training. Victor claims that this method works for one of the fittest fighting forces on the planet. Then why not train others? In the same way, he has a passion for serving others to experience greatness and build resilience to overcome obstacles and rise after setbacks.

Just as spring overcomes winter, Day overcomes Night, the light within us shall overcome the darkness around us. Its time for us to know that we are our own saviors, that there is an Extraordinary within us waiting to be unleashed, that freedom is our birthright and that we shall realize the American Dream!
