BUT, if your family emotionally abuse you, constantly criticize you, then you need to be careful, maybe you have a toxic family. And we have soooo much more signs and red flags to figure out. So, in this episode, we'll discuss on how to deal with self love when we literally have no one to love ourselves. I know it sounds so sad and depressing, but I believe everyone have, is, and will feel this at some point in your life. The thing is, not all of us are able to do that. It's a hard thing to do. I was dealing with both my love and family relationship since I moved to a new city. Dealing with those problems alone was suck, ngl. Let alone being in a new place, mantaining my own life and future and career. But you know what? There's no other choice. We just have to fight, by loving ourselves more.
