We have a demanding, stressful job.  The uncertainty of COVID 19 has added more stress to our job. Our co-workers are being bullied.

Sterile Processing Techs are under paid but that does not mean we can't get the most out of the benefits our facility offers.

Us vs. them mentality, is a great way to divide people. We have more in common than we realize. Unhealthy agreements are dangerous because people do not stand up for what is right. Many times they are afraid of being labeled the bad guy/girl.
