With Easter around the corner, Cacao prices are expected to rise by up to 20 per cent due to global shortages. 

Owner of 31Degrees, Kaitlyn Fitzpatrick, told Sofie Formica on 4BC Afternoons, "We use mostly Valrhona in all of our products."

"Our chocolate prices have doubled in the last year, so it's definitely more of a squeeze than it used to be," Ms Fitzpatrick continued.
