Positive Affirmations: I feel at home in my body. I respect this vessel that has crawled, walked, ran, sprinted, scurried, hurried, flailed, skipped, tripped, and got back up again. I allow myself to know what it feels like to experience home in my body. I respect my body’s healing capabilities and capacities. I grant myself time to shift physically, mentally, and emotionally. I give myself the grace my inner children asked for in the way they only knew how to ask. I grant my inner children access to the peace they needed while granting myself access to the peace I need simultaneously. I see divine beauty when I look down at my body. I accept consensual touch with gratitude, and respect the boundaries of my healing vessel. I respect my eternally evolving self, and the infinite wisdom channeled through my Spirit’s Soul. I value my inner silence, and welcome external peace. I am allowed to be authentically peaceful in public settings. I intentionally move forward knowing my journey is divinely orchestrated for my complete care. I grant myself permission to be nurtured. I allow myself to have mutually beneficial relationships, connections, and interactions. I have patience. I start anew in gratitude. I invite myself to start conversations, and spontaneously engage, with people who genuinely catch my attention. I am allowed to compliment myself, and my reflections, just because I can. I have intentional conversations, and speak with a knowing that I am heard. I am safe to rest exactly where I am. I give my cells permission to reflect the frequency of calm and relaxation. As I continue to exist, gratitude is overflowing into my auric field. I smile on purpose every day, and it feels liberating. I feel welcomed and invited to express my joy everywhere I am. I breathe on purpose, and each breath grants my cells access to pure god source love. Every time I see myself, I see beauty. I see beauty in my reflections, just as my creator sees in me. I have a divine connection to the source that created my whole self. I communicate with ease. I feel empowered to be vulnerable. I wake up grateful, and go to sleep grateful. My creative force is awakened, alive, and authentically expressed on the daily. I feel invited to share my divine gifts, and do so blissfully. I allow myself to know what is necessary for my divine growth and expansion. When I feel my body, my gratitude for being alive increases. I am thankful for having a vessel uniquely designed to serve my divine purpose. All of my cells are functioning optimally. My mind is programmed to focus on my healed aspects. I am exactly where I am supposed to be, and I know exactly how to be who I am here. The words I speak are heard, felt, and understood. Every time I look at my body, I feel inspired to keep loving my whole self. I feel safe everywhere I am. I am grateful for my complete sense of security in my divinity. I am divinely placed in spaces that are designed to be in harmony with my true selves. I can stretch out, and take up space with confidence. I am grateful for how often I am invited to be my complete self with my reflections. My voice is appreciated and welcomed to be shared. This universe is programmed to help me live a complete existence that feels soul fulfilling and blissful. Yes, I have full permission to yes myself. My thoughts are programmed to harmonize my collective vibration, educate my learning mind, calm my nervous system, inspire whole expression, and mend circuits damaged from traumatic experiences. As I breathe, my muscles relax with ease, inspiring feelings of gratitude and peace. I have time for myself daily. May each affirmation resonate harmoniously.
