The Bears have hired a head coach. Lions Offensive Coordinator Ben Johnson takes the job. We give our thoughts on the hire. Most importantly we discuss if this is a step in the right direction or if this will be the same old Bears blunder.  

Now that we’re officially into the Bears offseason, we give our thoughts on the team’s decision to keep Ryan Poles as General Manager. We also give our picks for who the next head coach should be. Ken Davis, the former host of NBC Sports Chicago’s Under Center Podcast joins us for some spirited Bears talk. 

The Bears losing streak is now at 10 after after their 6-3 loss to Seattle. Reports say the Bears may have already or are in the process of extending the contract of GM Ryan Poles. We discuss if that is the right move for the team and we delve into some problems that continue fester within the organization. We also compare what the Washington Commanders have done with Jayden Daniels as opposed to what the Bears have done with Caleb Williams.
