Ezekiel's prophecy, centered around His faithfulness, plans, and timing for all of His people (both Israel and His Church) progressively appear to be upon us. The world rages and shakes. Those with eyes to see and ears to hear are positioned and called to live, model and proclaim His redemptive purposes. 

Line upon line and precept upon precept (Isaiah 28) is THE perfect plan for the King of the Universe to accomplish His mighty work in and through us. Our daily yes/no choice is to press in to discover that volatile and powerful ongoing revelation in our lives - either for our success and His glory, or our failure. A bunny trail in our Ezekiel study to biblically support, clarify, and also exemplify our understanding of the potential for the saints in these days. We say yes, Lord.

I'm convinced the timing of studying these chapters is truly divine, and that even the chapter sequence – from the watchman call (33), to the anointing and accountability of both leadership and followership (34), the judgment on the enemies of Israel (35), the promises and prophecies first to THE LAND (36) and then TO THE PEOPLE (35&36), and then how the Lord initiates the final conflict (37) and how and where it comes about (38) and the breakthrough understanding in both the people of God and the nations of the world (39) has to cause us to be in awe and wonder and appreciation of our position in God.

Twice in the past 2-3 decades I've been led to specifically teach these particular chapters. There's timely significance, again, now. Currently they are a hot topic in light of what's happening right now and will be happening in the future regarding times, troubles, purification of the saints for the purposes of heaven, and particularly in light of the SIGNIFICANCE OF ISRAEL and God's promises to Israel - the People as well as the Land. The significance of Israel will permeate this study because of the biblical revelation of God's faithfulness to the covenants He has made. 

'Such A Time As This' has understandably become a popular phrase - referring most appropriately to the days both Jesus and the prophet Daniel declared would be the most dramatic times prior to the conclusion of this Age. An army of watchmen - awake, aware and attentive to the purposes of heaven - is being called to both proclaim the hope and also warn the world of the times in which we are living. 

We begin a study of critical chapters revealed to Ezekiel during the Babylonian Captivity - that take us into revelations revealed to the world at the dramatic conclusion of this Age.  They are written for the saints to equip us - right now - for ministry success in these shaking days. 

THE LATTER DAYS: This third session addressing Replacement Theology looks to the days of the return of Messiah Jesus - when both His Jewish people, and the rest of the world, will finally understand the 'whys' of what has happened on earth in the way of the Lord dealing with His covenant people by way of His faithfulness as well as His correction. God is faithful. The Church plays a key role in this theodrama. We spend some solid time in coordinated portions of Zechariah and Ezekiel. 

A teaching contrary to the full context of the plan of God, infiltrating the Church to undermine the commitment of God to the currently wayward but still loved covenant people of Israel, sets a stage for failure, correction, and even judgment as the plan of God plays out in these current and upcoming days. 

Intro to new study: Timing is both natural and supernatural, framing the order of events in us, for us, and through us - that the people of God might be most effective and successful in the purposes of heaven, particularly in these days and times.
