Many people flop not because they were not prepared for the task, but because they do not delegate, especially to capable people with part of their task. They tend to only trust themselves, so they want to do the whole work all alone.
We cannot achieve great success alone. We need the help of others to get to our destinations. The journey to enduring success is usually a long work in which we would need assistance of others to accomplish.
We will always need them to complement our efforts. “ As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” so we need the inputs of others to achieve whatever goal we set for ourselves.
The dangers of working alone: many in their bid to achieve their vision all alone, have burnt themselves out without reaching their goals. Some have broken down or even died while pursuing their vision, because they refused to delegate some task or get the needed assistance of other. Moses almost fell for this until he took the advice of his father in law.
Peoples inability to delegate others are bordered on “trust issues”
They always believe they know more than everyone; they think they know it all
They don’t believe others can do what they are doing and even do it much better
They have character issues; some bad character they don’t want good people to know.
They are threatened by the success of others

◇You must have a clear and compelling vision: know exactly where you are going and when to get their.
◇Develop those attracted to you by your vision. Matthew 4:19 And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.
◇Discover the people that truly believe in your vision Jn.1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
Entrust/delegate them.
◇Empower, commit some of your responsibilities to them
Their future must be captured in your vision. Then they said, “Come, let’s build a great city for ourselves with a tower that reaches into the sky. This will make us famous and keep us from being scattered all over the world.” Gensis11:4
◇Fully integrate them in your vision, they will support to fulfil your vision.
