The Apostle Peter tells the church to be defenders of the faith when he says we should all be prepared to give the reason for the hope that we have. All who are called to faith in Christ then, are called to be apologists.

There are many GenXers who are not interested in the hermeneutics of suspicion and deconstruction, as much as they are in a full orbed faith for all of life, lived out in terms of Scripture and expressed in their everyday lives.
