FAA to slash flights at 40 major airports if shutdown persists

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy warned Wednesday that the Federal Aviation Administration will begin cutting flights at dozens of major airports as soon as Friday if Congress fails to reach a shutdown deal. About 10% of air traffic could be reduced across 40 of the nation’s busiest airports, potentially grounding thousands of flights. Duffy did not specify which airports would be affected. #CNN #News
