October 29, 2016Episode 169: WHY DID YOU DO THAT!?Parents, ever wonder why you say this? Well, heres what I found. And here's the scariest thing for me: The real issue behind this phrase, "Why did you do that?" is essentially, "why are you showing symptoms of a greater problem? Don't you know that I don't care about you enough to dig deeper beyond your symptoms? stop making noise so I can get back to whatever I was doing?" But nobody has the guts to say that. At least I'm too much of a coward to say that. So, I just stick with, "Why did you do that?" But that ends today... Join the fight against the idol of comfort and control....more7minPlay

Everyone was on their best behavior. ha. But right when I turned off the recorder, I lost it, one kid broke something, and I yelled. There you go. As crazy as that sounds, God has been teaching me that there are all sorts of motivation and one is not necessarily better than the other so long as God is glorified in the end.
