In today‘s episode I take a deep dive on all things healthy. You know as a Virgo Health and Wellness is my second nature. Naturally from a very young age I was drawn to all the health things on the market. I loved to try out new health products from clean protein powders to other supplements as well as dip my foot into a variety of exercises such as Hot Yoga, HIIT or kickboxing. I‘m telling you about my experiences being a literal health freak and how I realized that not everything that‘s sold to us is really healthy. In the end it‘s more about what makes you happy that will be the healthiest choice in the long run.

Happy New Year 2023, Fab Souls!

Even though the official New Year doesn’t start until January 22, I felt totally called to kick this year of with a bang and get you in manifesting magic mood. I always feel like the time between the years is the perfect time to reflect and get clear on what you want your life to look like in the upcoming year. I got so much inspiration on what I want my life to look like in 2023 while on Mallorca that I couldn’t wait to share my thoughts with you.

In this episode I will tell you all about the theme of 2023 as well as give you my tried and true tips and tricks on how to finally get out of your comfort zone and live the life of your dreams. I also pulled the cards for this year and let me tell you 2023 will be biggie. It won’t be easy but totally rewarding if you just stick to your soul’s journey and not let anyone derail you from your path. And you know I’m always right along there with you so you are never alone. We are n this crazy adventure called life together.

I can’t believe 2022 is already coming to an end. And what a year it has been. In today’s episode I give you a little update on what happened since my mental breakdown in September, how my experience was with my first therapy session, and how I came around to spend New Year’s Eve by the beach. 2023 will be huge and I can’t wait to spend it with you!

Sometimes you are pushed to take break. This mercury retrograde really got to me. Not only my computer shut down but my entire body. I was forced to reset, review, and recalibrate and now that we are in the post-retrograde shadow phase I’m able to wrap my head around what in my life has to change to manifest my dream life. I also talk about what an important role kids play in your spiritual awakening and journey.
