Joy, happiness, justification, rooting for the criminal to get away, thirsting after the shooter…is it the ugly side of America? Or is this the side of humans that’s there all along. Let’s face it, the guy ran a company that literally causes pain, suffering and kills people. But who is responsible for that, him, United Health Care or Congress? Are we mad at the wrong people?
There’s a rodeo in Las Vegas, and most of these cowboys don’t know they’re calling themselves slaves. Why do we keep words around that are rooted in hatred?
