Life can weigh us down... Whether it’s fear, anxiety, shame or guilt, the past has a way of hanging on to us and not letting go.

So how do we push forward when it seems like the world wants to hold us back?

In this message, Pastor Andy Williamson continues his series on “Thriving In The Middle Of Chaos.” He teaches through Philippians 3, showing us that following Christ not only changes our future — but liberates us from the past! We’ve been called to a life of great joy and abundance, and we find it as we continue keeping our eyes on Christ and moving ever closer to Him!

Life is full of distractions and people who would try to lead us astray... But so long as we stay focused on Christ, and as long as we keep pressing forward closer Him... We’ll find freedom and joy in the arms of our Savior!

With each new year brings the thoughts of new beginnings. Chances to do new things, make things right, and overall - new. The thought of it is super fun, but not all the times do we get to experience life quite that way. In fact, sometimes, we are so loaded up with things that have happened in our past, that we can’t see how anything can become new.

Andy Williamson takes us through the journey of the Apostle Peter’s relationship with Jesus, and how it got real dicey near the end. Peter had denied Jesus, sold Him out and basically turned his back on Him. Yet, when Jesus rose from the dead, defeating death and bringing a new meaning to life, He sought after Peter. Helping him make all things new. There is an answer. There is hope. And His name is Jesus!

Communion can be a great time of remembrance and celebration, but it can also be a little confusing. The fact of the matter is, it’s one of the most amazing experiences to have time to slow down and reflect on what God did for us through His Son Jesus.

Andy Williamson brings to life the story in the upper room, where Jesus brings His New Covenant. One that allows us to see our old life pass away, and a chance to walk in the newness of His life. There was great sacrifice at the cross. All done out of love for each one of us!

The system of religion built walls up, making it not only impossible for someone to come to God…. But creating false pretenses of what it takes to get to God!

Man’s religion and religious activities will keep you from finding this freedom!

It’s not what you can do….. It’s what He’s DONE!

May the comfort of the church never trump what it takes to win one!

Our shame. Our guilt. Our fear. Our anxieties. Things that are so hard to carry, and yet so hard to let go of... But they’re EXACTLY what our Savior wants to take from us!

The kicker is.... we have to CHOOSE to hand them over.

Want to have relationships? Be consistent.

He is our source!
Our substance!
We want that abundance!
We want that joy unspeakable!
Then we cannot limit Him.....
