Architect Knut Ramstad is employed as an adjunct professor in the Department of Architectural Design and Management, NTNU. Ramstad has extensive experience in large development projects and is well aware of what students should admire, also seen from the client perspective. Ramstad is responsible for the developing and implementing 3D visualization and simulation for the Tjuvholmen project in Oslo, one of Scandinavia?s largest harbor developments. He has previously been responsible for the 3D application in the development of Telenor Fornebu project. For these projects, he has developed expertise and strategies for 3D modeling, visualization and simulation in all project phases, from programming through zoning, site plan, schematic design, detail projects and tendering phases, construction, marketing, sales processes, management, operation and maintenance. He has also worked as designing architect and / or 3D-architect in other major projects, including Olympic arenas in Lillehammer, Oslo Main Airport, Trøndelag Teater and Danmarks Radio.
