It's been fun having repeat guests on the show and catching up. Coach Bryant shares with us what he's been doing with the high school golf team during the down time, and best case scenario to play in May.
One of the most memorable St. Patrick's day in awhile. Social distancing brought us together via Anchor. We had a variety of beverages including, but not limited to, Guinness, Budweiser, Jameson, Slane, Old 55, and whatever takes the edge off. Thanks to David Durm, Michael Hart, and Jon Faulkenberg for being available to chat about the crazy times we live it right now.
Special shout outs to note: Max Homa (love the roasting of swings...is it ok that we do it too?), Phillip (Pip) Rivers (literally at a loss for words...will anyone buy that jersey?), Metronet (badass fiber Internet service and solid Irish whiskey recommendations), The Masters (for trying to have an event in 2020), to beer and whiskey (without you these times would be even tougher).
Be smart and safe out there (yes, we're talking to you airplane toilet seat girl)! We'll get through it. Stay positive!!!
Can't say we had the most organized conversation here, but plenty to unbox as we go through. Look forward to coming to you live next week from Florida. Our apologies to Johnny Drum, The Masters, and the coronavirus.
In guest studio talking golf simulators, gamifying golf, and we drink a fabulous Scotch. Thank you to Kevin Richards for joining us and bringing the Scotch. If you need a golf simulator talk to Kevin - https://www.golfsimulatorguys.com/
In this episode Jon and I catch up to talk about recent PGA activity and new league concepts. We mix in some chatter about golf in Mexico, drivers, wedges, and we drink a Reposado.
Jon gets a new simulator (it's awesome), we are meh on California golf, but we like a $20 tequila from Costco. Check it out, and thanks for listening!
Jon and are back after a week off. A lot happened in sports and golf. We discuss the loss of Kobe Bryant, Tiger and Bryson getting attention here at the beginning of 2020, our take on new drivers, the launch of Faded Sports, and we spend a good amount of time blind taste testing some whiskey. Thanks for listening!
Happy new year!!! Jon and I are back in 2020 with some fun conversation on golf. Cheers everyone!!!
In this episode Jon calls in from Naples and we discuss our personal and professional highlights from 2019, what we are looking forward to in 2020, and share our thoughts on the next decade in golf. We taste another bourbon from Old 55 as well.
Thanks to all our listeners this past year! We hope you have enjoyed the show and we look forward to more in 2020. Cheers!
