Jeremy Smith is an analytical creator who believes that there is an underlying structure to every experience and outcome we have. His efforts to decode solutions have led him down many paths of exploration, ranging from human behavior and psychology, cybernetics and systems thinking. Jeremy's schooling and early career focused on print design and branding, then shifted from experiential moment-making toward user experience, and is now focusing on designing enterprise systems and approaches that enable those moments and experiences. For the past 10 years, Jeremy has been working in the healthcare technology space and is constantly looking for ways to enable evolved experiences for all participants in the healthcare ecosystem. Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys running long distances and testing performance, nutrition, hydration and recovery approaches on himself.

Kevin Braun has over 20 years of leadership experience managing teams of UX designers and developers. In that time the work he has  done has helped improve user experiences for world-class companies including  Google, Samsung, Rolex as well as many smaller companies.  Along with his  professional experience, he has more than ten years of experience teaching college-level user-centered design. His  book, From Chaos to Concept - A Team Oriented Approach to Designing World Class Products and Experiences was an Amazon #1 new release in UX back in 2021 and has done well since its launch in South Korea back in 2022.

Sergio Trevino is a creative-thinking manufacturing engineer with a deep passion for problem-solving by design. He graduated from UANL, Nuevo Leon State public university, as a Manufacturing Engineer with a minor in Product Design. Sergio is currently working on getting an MBA at Jack Welch Management University. He wants to help everyone use their resources better, deliver a manufacturable product to reach all the places, and still provide nice-to-see results. Rajeev Tiwari is an Entrepreneur and a Software Engineering Leader. He is a co-founder of Talentnook Inc and drives the company's Product and Engineering wings the organization. He is an engineer by nature and product is what he lives and breathes for. He has been working in the IT industry for over 22 years. Along with his gig at Talentnook, he works with Salesforce with expertise in CI/CD operations.

Andy Goodman is a pioneer of the User Experience and Service Design industry and a well-known thought leader in the design space with many writing credits and appearances at SXSW, Interaction, and TED. After an early career in interactive TV and Games, Andy shifted focus to the agency world. He joined Fjord in London in 2008 and within 18 months he had founded the Madrid studio, rapidly becoming the most in-demand agency in Spain. In 2014, he moved again to New York and took over the US operation overseeing the build of four new studios. He has since brought his talents to BCG Digital Ventures, frog, and most recently, as VP of User Experience at Early Warning Services, the makers of Zelle.
