Another terrifying night resulted in insomnia, and one crazy insane hi energy dance mix. 

Played the hell out of my demons, keeping them occupied on the dance floor instead of jumping back into my head. 

Think they are tired and went back to hell for now, as I actually feel calmer and almost, tired... Think my fear of falling asleep is gone for now. 

And thanks a million to you who were with me live on this (in the making) and fed me tracks n tunes. Be sure to have this for you to download. 

Thank you - you have no idea of how much it means to me, only to know that you are/were there. Means the world, really (even if we have never seen or talked!!)

Lets just face those demons once and for all. #DemonDance. 

Knowing very well what is needed to be done, in order to swing back at them. But that is also being the most scariest and heavy thing to do. 

Never talked "against" in 43 years, so i know how deep down they are hidden and these demons come swinging from. 

And from radio-recorder intelligence agent who summarized it all. 

Putting it all down to mixes who turns out to be just as strong and great as my completely terrifiying & paralyzing demons are strong. 

Almost feels when in that state of mind, that if i stop mixing and feeding them with hi energy great mixes - they will turn their attention to me and dance inside of my head instead. And this, i rather shot myself then having them in there. 

One huge factor to frustration and also fear towards immigrants and these areas by the outside world, is understandable all the conflicts and the level of violence taking place. But there is an reality most people outside of these areas don't think of - namely, you can´t even compare all the options a person has living in the 100% ethnical swedish areas - with one who are living within 100% multicultural no go zone. As it is completely the world and rule of the radicals (or criminals), you simply just can´t call the police. If you dont want to get shot at and harrassed for the rest of your and your families life. Might sound harsh - but this is fact, there is only one way too get rid of them and off your back. Just as much, as there only are one language they understand. But, there is also another way too actually stand in the center, having all eyes on you - and talking with the security police about the international terrorist-networks being in effect in the area.... ;) 

Sweden loves to talk about integration, as if it actually even can be a possibility - without any swedes or any Swedish state representation within areas that are today flooded with immigrants, standing very far away from its society. Sweden will, as it has ever since - only go down the very destructive way of segregation. State funded, segregation even... Without them probably not even knowing.
