Chris started in the Green Industry after college and worked for a small landscaping company. He moved on to a large commercial landscaping company in Florida and started in the field, eventually working his way up to Account Management, Branch Manager and eventually the General Manager role at his current company. He's truly a living, breathing example of how hard work is rewarded in the Green Industry. 

In this episode, Chris gets into why partnerships are critical, why integrity matters, and why open-book management sets a business up for success in the Green Industry.
