Leadership is not about being robotic or calculated to aim at 100% accuracy. Leadership is way more nuanced. It involves, personal strengths and talents. It involves understanding those you are working with or sharing an environment with. It involves emotional intelligence to connect. It involves knowing their strengths and talents.

Leadership is being aware of Situational and Contextual understandings as a major part of how decisions can be made.

You compile all these moving variables and more and you are bound to make a mistake. You are going to mess something up....but is it really a failure or is it part of the bigger process.
