I want to continue discussing success today. I was really spending some time thinking about our aim or purpose. So often we only look at the finish line but don't include the work it took to get there as part of our success. We've got to change this mindset. We have to define our progress as small wins on our way to the "big show". I share an example from my wife to illustrate this point. I also have an update on my friend's podcast. Hope you enjoy!

Failure can be defined as the lack of success, but what is success? How you define success has huge implications. I want to take a step back and recommend you look at success differently. We'll have to spend more time on this topic but I want to get your wheels turning today.

Before we dig deeper on failure and success, I want to discuss the fear of failure. I think that is the true reason we don't move forward with an idea. How that fear looks likely varies from person to person, but I believe it's this fear that often holds us back. Today we began to touch on this idea and I provide two examples of people who found success despite failure.
