Welcome back to Fairy Gaymothers Sorta, where Kat and Hunter tackle one of the LGBTQ+ community’s oldest and least productive debates: lesbians vs. bisexuals.

Before class begins, however, the girls debut a pair of deeply questionable accents while dramatically reading a spicy scene from the sequel to Heated Rivalry, a decision that may permanently alter the trajectory of the podcast.

From discourse over who gets to claim which labels to the ongoing negotiations around queer spaces, Kat and Hunter attempt to get to the bottom of the age-old lesbian versus bisexual debate. Who belongs where? Who can call themselves what? And is anyone actually having a good time arguing about it?

As always, the girls conduct exhaustive research (reading comment sections they absolutely should’ve ignored), arrive at conclusions that may or may not hold up under scrutiny, and ultimately determine that the solution was in front of us all along: everyone should simply be kissing.

Hi gay! Welcome back to Fairy Gaymothers Sorta Season 2! Episode 3 starts off with a bang, with Kat sharing the gayest thing to happen to her (and consequently, Hunter) this week, truly a happy pride to all. 🌈

This week, the girls turn their attention to the 2026 horror-thriller Obsession, using the film as a jumping-off point to explore one of humanity’s most enduring conditions: obsession. More specifically, the differences between straight obsession and lesbian obsession.

Through rigorous analysis, Kat and Hunter examine whether Nikki was actually a great girlfriend, why straight men seem uniquely capable of developing a crush and immediately making it everyone else’s problem, and what separates harmless yearning from behavior that would warrant a restraining order.

Using Obsession as both a cultural artifact and cautionary tale, the girls investigate how obsession manifests across sexualities, whether lesbians have perfected the art of fixation, and why straight people consistently insist on creating unnecessary chaos in pursuit of romance.

Welcome back to Fairy Gaymothers Sorta for season two, episode two, where Kat and Hunter take on one of society’s most confusing and inconsistently enforced social contracts: girl code.

Through extensive research (watching clips of reality television on TikTok and god forbid, Reels), the girls attempt to determine what girl code actually is, whether lesbians play by a different set of rules, and at what point “violating girl code” becomes indistinguishable from simply making a decision someone didn’t like.

Using case studies from The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives and the latest Summer House drama, Kat and Hunter examine the ever-expanding list of offenses that can often be used to label someone as not “a girl’s girl”. Is there a universal code? Does one NEED a code to have compassion and consideration for women?

Welcome back to Fairy Gaymothers Sorta and happy Pride Month! After some time away dedicated to becoming even gayer and, somehow, even funnier, Kat and Hunter return for the very first episode of season two.

To kick off the new semester, the girls tackle one of life’s greatest unsolved mysteries: Is Justin Bieber a lesbian? Also making its debut this season is a brand new segment: The Gay Agenda Generator. Guided by forces beyond their control (namely God herself), Kat and Hunter surrender to fate and discover which piece of gay gospel they’ve been chosen to spread to the masses.

This week, they examine who we’re really taking advice from, and ask what happens when the loudest voices in the room are also the most misguided?

Inspired by Louis Theroux’s Inside the Manosphere documentary, Kat and Hunter unpack the rise of red pill content and the pipeline drawing young men into these digital echo chambers. What makes these spaces so enticing? Why are they resonating now? And more importantly, how do we begin to challenge and dismantle them without further alienating the very people caught inside? The girls explore the emotional undercurrents, cultural influences, and possible paths forward in a world where guidance is increasingly coming from questionable shepherds.
