Our twelfth episode is here and features Elodie Li Yuk Lo, a former Olympian who represented Mauritius in the sport of beach volleyball at the 2012 London Summer Olympic Games. She is also the chaplain of the Trinity Western University Spartans Women’s Volleyball team and a former assistant coach of the University of Toronto Women’s Volleyball team. During the interview, Elodie gives an honest look into how our Olympic experience went, challenges with identity, and she reflects on mentoring and coaching university athletes.

The program is aimed at boys and girls from grades 1-12 to help build confidence, leadership, and self-defence skills. During this interview, Rob and Becky share their experience with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, how they integrate their faith with their sport, and how this program is able to reach youth within their community.
