Today we finish up our series in Hebrews as we look at the ending to the letter in Hebrews 13. 

Everyone who makes a decision to follow Jesus enters into the race called the Christian Life, in which requires perseverance.  In Hebrews 12, we will see what is needed to finish that race well and obtain the prize at the end, which is entrance into the kingdom of Jesus.  

This week Pastor Mike looks at Hebrews 11 where we encounter what many would call the "Hall of Faith". It is a chapter that is filled with Heroes of the Christian Faith from the Bible.  What we will find is what truth faith looks like, what it leads us to, and what perspective it causes us to have. 

Hebrews: "Jesus is Greater" Part 8. The power to persevere is in the work and person of Jesus Christ! 

This week we take a look at Hebrews 9-10:18! The Cost of our salvation is found in the blood of Christ! We spend our lives doing things to try and cover up the bad in our lives, but covering it up doesn't change anything it just prolongs the decay.... Christ came to not cover it up, but fully transform us from the inside out! 

This week, Pastor Mike continues in our Series in Hebrews called  "Jesus is Greater", and breaks down the hope we have in Christ from Hebrews 6:13-20.  As believers, we have an incredible, immovable, unshakeable hope in Christ!  

As an Alliance Church, one of the things that we get to do annually is host a Missions Emphasis Weekend, which is a weekend where we host an International Worker/Missionary and get to be challenged with what God laid on their heart(s)! This year we hosted Jose Chinchilla and his family who serve in Berlin, Germany!
