Christ has come to change our world—and change us—forever. Jesus is one of us, able to understand everything we go through, all of our longings, struggles and pain. He has come to restore these characteristics in us and restore us into a relationship with God.

This is a season of expectation and preparation, an opportunity to align ourselves with God’s presence and rediscover Christmas.

Jesus brings peace between us and God. God’s favor is not based on human standards. Peace is not based on class or position but on God’s purpose and design to bring good news that will cause great joy for all the people.

There is a peace that is deep, real, healing, and that defies your circumstances. Jesus shows up when the storms of life threaten your peace and hope and joy. God shows up in your pain, fears, confusion, grief, loss and uncertainty. God is there, bringing peace to calm your heart, peace that defies your circumstances.
