How we respond to the message of the birth of Jesus is so important!   Various people call Him various names, but who is He to you?   What is your perspective on the Christmas story?

This morning we heard the Christmas story from the perspective of the angel who visited Zechariah, Mary, Joseph, and the shepherds.

This third week of Advent, we hear the Christmas story from the perspective of a shepherd who was visited by angels, sought out the manger holding Jesus, and told others what he saw.

This week, we get to hear Joseph’s perspective on the events that led to Jesus’ birth; hear how he wrestled with a big decision, but trusted God.

In a dramatic monologue, Pastor Anna portrays Mary, the mother of Jesus, and presents her perspective on the Christmas story.

In this special Thanksgiving service, we offered up prayers of thanksgiving, sang songs of thanksgiving, and heard a wonderful message from Pastor Anna to remind us of the importance of giving specific thanks.

Pastor Rob uses Acts 15 to explain how the first century church wrestled with welcoming outsiders into the church and how that could be our struggle as well. Vision was also cast for our upcoming launch of Growth Groups!

In this abbreviated message, Pastor Rob explains that our heart can often times lead us astray and we would do better to choose to follow truth instead of feelings.

Pastor Anna explains that the truth is that God cares more about your holiness than your happiness.  The good news is that the closer you get to God, the holier you become and the happier you become.

Pastor Rob debunks the myth that “God helps those who help themselves” by looking at the heart and lifestyle of a person who God DOES help.
