Once we SEE our connection to God, we begin the journey of UNDERSTANDING our relationship to God. Today's message entitled, "Understanding Our Connection: Son or Servant?" will help us past just seeing to understanding that we are joined with God and are a part of the family.

Understanding our connection to God is so vitally important. We operate in life according to how we see ourselves. If we believe that we are distant and disconnected then we will act accordingly. But if we can see and believe that we are close and connected we will begin to see the most authentic US in action, just as God has created! "Today we ask the question, "Can You See Your Connection?"

Today Ps. Tom Shannon shares about the wonderful truth of who YOU are and what's been given to YOU In Christ. There's no need to strive, struggle or "try harder," you've already received ALL that God had intended for YOU. God's desire is for YOU to "Enjoy What's Always Been Yours" and it only takes one thing to receive... TRUST!

Forgiveness is a central point in Christianity. Anyone who is aware of Christianity or Christian theology would most likely agree that this is true. Christians walk in forgiveness or at least should...right? But "knowing" about something and "understanding" are two different things. How do we let go of hurt and pain? Let's talk about, "Letting Go.

In the finishing portions of the "Sermon on The Mount" Jesus is very specific about not judging others before looking at your own life. It's a great message but many times there is some weirdness that's taught around this teaching that actually doesn't help with being judgmental. In fact, it encourages a greater judgment of SELF and is often misunderstood. Let's do some digging into this idea in our message, "Better Than A Stick In The Eye!"

1 Peter 4:10 says, "God has given each of you some special abilities; be sure to use them to help each other..." Have you ever read a scripture like this and thought, “Are you talking about me?” LOL

We can so easily disqualify ourselves from the gift we are or the calling we’ve been given. We may feel like we aren't what God says we are BUT nothing could be further from the truth! We all have special abilities or gifts given to us by Heavenly Father! Let's talk about the truth of being A GIFT!
