In this inaugural episode of the Faith & Ecology podcast, we introduce the basics of COP30, the upcoming 30th UN Climate Change Conference taking place from 10–21 November 2025 in Belém, Brazil.
Featuring experts from diverse sectors engaged in climate negotiation processes, we explore why this annual global event is critical on the road to climate justice.
As part of the Jesuits for Climate Justice: Faith in Action at COP30 campaign, this nine-episode series draws inspiration from the Universal Apostolic Preferences, the 10th anniversary of Laudato Si’, and the Paris Agreement. Our goal is to raise awareness and deepen understanding of ecological issues and their impacts on daily life worldwide.Guests
