I am directed by the Lord to talk to you today about The Unity of Our Faith.  My job as your pastor or one in spiritual authority is to equip you until we all come into The Unity of Our Faith.

In order to have your best year financially, it starts with tithing.  If you haven't already dedicated 10% of your income to God then let me encourage you to do so.  Jesus said, "You should tithe."

When it came to my heart to move here, open a church and call it Faith Family Church, this was the scripture passage that the Lord gave to me to describe His Vision for us.

We exist to help you grow and become great, so that you can help others.

Grow, Become Great and Help Others

So today on this very special Sunday we are taking the time as a church family to remind ourselves of what we are doing and where we are heading.  I thought I would do this in a portion of the service and then preach a message thereafter.  But I heard clearly in my heart from the Lord, "The Vision is the Message."

We are continuing our series of study on the Kingdom of God.  The Kingdom of God is the area where God dominates.  In the area where God dominates things are done His way.  So we have been endeavoring to seek or find out What it's like in the area where God dominates; in the area where things are done His way.

We are seeing in direct illustrations what the kingdom is like. And we are examining how each of these are applicable in our everyday lives.

Jesus preached and taught about the Kingdom up to the last day that He was on the planet.

So we have been talking about having your best year financially.  In order to have Your Best Year Financially, #1 - It starts with the tithe.  #2, we challenged you to go Over and Above.  Look for the opportunity this year to give the single largest offering that you have given in your lifetime in One Lump Sum.

Well, the third thing in having Your Best Year Financially has to do with being Faithful Stewards.

So a couple of weeks ago we learned from this story that what God did for David He has done you. God has broken through your enemies on your behalf.

What I want you to notice today is that it wasn’t without a fight. In this life we will have to fight. There are enemies arrayed against us to steal, kill and destroy. They want to keep you from enjoying the good life that God has ordained and wants for you to live. So you have to fight for it.

Well today I am led of the Lord to talk about Overcoming Discouragement. Because you can not fight the good fight of faith and be discouraged at the same time.

There are breakthroughs for you in your future! And in this season that we are in right now, God is revealing Himself to you as the God of Breakthrough. Do you receive that?

So remember, the way we receive a prophetic word is by being the good ground and by focusing on it.

We also said that prayer and obedience are prerequisite to experiencing breakthroughs.

Let me give you another prerequisite to experiencing breakthrough today:

Shake it Off!

The universe is an area where God dominates. So we could also say there are certain laws that govern The Kingdom.

My assignment in this immediate series is to show you from the word of God what it is like in the Kingdom.
