We learn through Abraham's journey of faith that if don't allow ourselves to get hung up on the past and trying to hold onto the blessings of yesterday that God can bring us into a a better and bright future.

Pastor Mike leads this teaching on how important it is to be careful about how we think and speak and how we need to guard our perspectives. If we don't allow ourselves to get hung up on disappointments, God can turn our difficult situations into new opportunities.

In the second part of this message, Pastor Chris explains how we don't have to let our failures define us. He explains how when we walk with Christ, instead of being overcome by our failures we can rise above them and use them as a stepping stones to walk out the greater life God has called us to. 

We all fail and face disappointments at some point in our lives. Pastor Chris show us how to fail the right way and how in the midst of our failures, God can still use us in mighty ways! 

In the final part of this series, Pastor Mike, shows us through the 23rd Psalm how deeply the shepherd cares for and protects his sheep and how that correlates to the type of relationship that God wants to have with us.

We find out in the second part of this series that, contrary to what some may have been taught, God is not made at us, or angry with us and he doesn't punish us. In scripture, we find out that He is a good shepherd and that he wants to bless and prosper us!
