  • Episode 6: The Illusion of Control: The Weight You Were Never Assigned

In this episode of Faith • Fire • Frequency, we explore the level of responsibility many leaders carry that was never actually theirs to hold.

Not because it isn't important. But because it was never assigned to them.

In this episode, we explore the illusion of control, how responsibility quietly expands beyond role and structure, and why so many businesses still depend on the leader to function.

As leaders grow, they often step in to fill gaps, make decisions, and carry weight that should be distributed across the business.

Over time, this creates dependency, limiting both leadership capacity and organizational growth.

This episode unpacks the concept of false responsibility and the structural patterns that keep everything routing back to you.

Because sustainable leadership isn't about holding more. It's about building something that no longer requires you to.

If something in this episode resonated, you're likely at a point where the way you've been operating is ready to shift. I share deeper reflections, patterns, and recalibration work through my Recalibration newsletter, it's where I expand on what we talk about here in a more grounded, behind-the-scenes way.

  • Episode 5: You Don't Need More. You Need Different

In this episode of Faith • Fire • Frequency, we're confronting one of the most ingrained patterns high-capacity leaders operate inside of—the belief that more is the answer.

    • More effort.
    • More time.
    • More pressure.
    • More control.

For a season, that approach works. It builds momentum. It creates results.

But eventually… it becomes the very thing that starts breaking down the system underneath you.

This episode unpacks what's really happening when growth begins to feel heavier instead of stronger and why the answer isn't adding more, but leading differently.

We explore the hidden cost of over-carrying, the illusion of scalability, and the identity shift required to move from being the one who holds everything together… to the one who leads something that can finally hold.

    This isn't about doing less.

It's about no longer being the foundation everything depends on.

If something in this episode resonated, you're likely at a point where the way you've been operating is ready to shift.

  • Episode 4: The Cost of Carrying It All

In this episode of Faith • Fire • Frequency, we're confronting what happens when leadership quietly turns into carrying everything.

Not because anything is broken. But because too much still depends on you.

As businesses grow, gaps in structure, ownership, and decision flow often go unaddressed. And without realizing it, leaders begin absorbing what the system was never designed to hold.

What starts as responsibility… becomes dependency.

    In this episode, we unpack:

    • How leadership shifts into overfunctioning
    • The hidden costs of being the decision bottleneck
    • Why everything keeps routing back to you
    • And what it takes to stop being the system holding it all together

This isn't about doing more. It's about recognizing where the weight you're carrying was never yours to begin with.

If something in this episode resonated, you're likely at a point where the way you've been operating is ready to shift.

  • Episode 3: Your Business Works… But Only Because You Do

In this episode of Faith • Fire • Frequency, we're looking at what's actually holding your business together… and why that's a problem.

From the outside, things appear to be working. Revenue is coming in. Clients are being served. The business is moving.

    But underneath it all?

    Everything depends on you.

Your decisions. Your presence. Your ability to keep things from slipping.

This is where success starts to mask dependency.

Because when you become the system your business runs through, it doesn't matter how well things look— you're the one sustaining it.

    And that's not sustainable.

This episode unpacks what it really means when you've become the infrastructure of your business, the hidden cost of carrying that weight, and why staying in that position will quietly cap your growth.

If something in this episode resonated, you're likely at a point where the way you've been operating is ready to shift.

  • Episode 0: This Is Where Things Start to Shift

In this episode of Faith • Fire • Frequency, we discuss the point in business where everything still works… but it doesn't feel clean anymore.

From the outside, it looks like growth. Internally, it feels like weight.

More decisions. More responsibility. More things running through you than ever before.

And most leaders assume that's just what the next level requires.

    But often, it's not.

In this opening episode of Faith • Fire • Frequency, we're looking at what's actually happening beneath the surface when the way you've been operating no longer aligns with what you're building.

Not because anything is broken. But because too much still depends on you.

This is where leadership starts to shift.

  • The Sexy Side of Boundaries

Boundaries are something every person has, wants, or needs, but most are not great at holding them when push comes to shove.

They are a game changer once you learn to set and hold them - isn't that the tricky part.

In fact, boundaries have a sexy side. They can make you feel powerful, confident, and empowered when you stand in them.

The more you identify them, express them, and hold to them, the more powerful they become. Saying "No" to what you don't want becomes easier with practice. Saying "Yes" to what you desire becomes second nature when you practice holding your boundaries.

Imagine how sexy it will feel to get clarity on what your boundaries are and why, to set them, to honor them without doubt, and to feel free from guilt, shame, or judgment because you embraced your boundaries.
