Hello and welcome to another episode of the Faith First Podcast! I’m Jonathan Gouthier, co-host and Associate Pastor here at First Church of Torrington in Northwest CT. In this episode, I sit down with our Lead Pastor and talk about God’s word and specifically what Jesus has said— and whether they are commands or options in our lives. If they are commands, then are we walking them out? Are we sharing the good news of Jesus with others— or are we making it an option in our lives? Well, welcome Pastor Steve, this should be a good topic to cover today.
In this episode, you'll discover:
Before we go, we must know. We must know God’s word, His will, and His ways. We also need to know our story and be able to share it with others. One thing for sure is that the disciples who walked with Jesus saw what He did and experienced the Risen Lord were not scholars. We, like them, can share our witness to what Jesus has done in our lives— one story at a time.
