On D-Day, President Roosevelt led the entire nation in a six-minute prayer live over the radio as troops stormed the beaches of Normandy. And during the Battle of the Bulge, General George Patton distributed prayer cards to 250,000 soldiers and personally thanked Jesus when the weather broke. This is faith in the foxholes of World War II.
